The Bailey Group Celebrates 21 Years!

The Bailey Group turns 21 on February 15, 2010, celebrating many years of serving executives and the organizations they lead.  Founded by Leigh Bailey in 1989, The Bailey Group team has grown to 7 full-time staff serving clients in over 75 organizations in the Twin Cities area as well as the mid-west and Canada.  Maintaining deep roots in executive coaching and leadership team development, The Bailey Group has expanded its offerings to serve the organizational development, talent management, and employee engagement needs of their clients and distinguishes itself by partnering with clients to drive and sustain solid business results.
