Cohort Leadership Development Programs

Results Based Leadership For High Potential Leaders

Based on the fundamental elements of professional maturity, versatility and relationship-based engagement, The Bailey Group facilitates this small-group cohort program for professionals identified as the up-and-coming leaders of your organization. Using a combination of group learning experiences with up to 16 peers as well as tailored one-on-one coaching, we deliver the following outcomes

  • Enhanced leadership, communication and performance-based skills
  • Individual goal setting to identify and address high-impact development needs
  • Team building to generate mutual support and position this group for positive future contributions to the organization

Each participant receives four, full-day training sessions and two individual coaching sessions over a six-month period.
