Reflecting on 20 Years in Business

In 1989, Leigh Bailey & Associates (now The Bailey Group) was launched with a mission (and a passion) for making a lasting impact on leaders and their organizations. From the beginning, coaching was central to Leigh Bailey & Associates’ strategy for creating relationships with clients that support sustainable changes and improve effectiveness in leaders and their teams. Today, coaching remains at the core of the work of The Bailey Group as we partner with leaders in achieving organizational results and personal success.

Twenty years ago The Bailey Group was just Leigh Bailey. Now, we are six employees and one affiliated consultant strong with a wide variety of experience, credentials and expertise to offer leaders and their organizations. The combination of our size and the expertise and experience of our team of consultants creates a powerful value proposition for our clients: the flexibility to customize our coaching, training and consulting to address the unique challenges of each client and the size and capacity to address a broad range of client needs. As a firm, we are positioned to make a powerful impact on the performance of small to mid-size organizations through a variety of services that enhance leadership skills and build workforces that excel at achieving business results.

As our client’s needs have evolved and broadened in scope, we have designed services to help solve the problems facing leaders and organizations.

To be effective in today’s world, leaders must be able to articulate and execute on a vision for how their company can survive and thrive despite economic uncertainty. They must act with confidence and build teams that are aligned and motivated to excel.

Leadership and executive coaching, team development and leadership training are core tools used by all of the consultants at The Bailey Group to partner with leaders to support them in fulfilling these challenging objectives.
