Leadership Development
The Leadership Development Workshop is a comprehensive program designed to enhance leadership effectiveness at all levels. Our clients use this proprietary program—a unique combination of group learning experiences and 1:1 coaching—to improve retention and engagement, enhance communication, build team work and camaraderie, and prepare leaders for future success. The Leadership Skills Series is a group of half-day modules designed to introduce new leaders to the core competencies, skills and behaviors required of them as they prepare for the role of leading and managing others.
Employee Engagement
Engaging Conversations: Engagement for Managers and Supervisors is based on the concept that relationships with direct supervisors are crucial contributors to employee engagement. This workshop helps participants understand how to initiate and lead the kinds of employee dialogues that engage team members in their work, with a portion of this workshop dedicated to helping participants learn to engage themselves as well. Taking Charge of Your Career is a one-day workshop for employees. Taking Charge helps them understand and become proactive in their own career path development. Participants are encouraged to recognize passions, enlist the feedback of others, and explore their own talents, skills, experience and values to find career satisfaction. Taking Charge is based on the workbook of the same name by Leigh Bailey, and can be arranged as a full day event or as two half-days.
