How often do new groups start?
We typically start new groups every other month. Please contact us for more information about the next available Exchange group.
Can I ask my employer to pay for the Exchange?
Yes. At The Bailey Consulting Group, most coaching and training programs are paid for by companies rather than individuals. We have specifically created a curriculum for Women’s Leadership Exchange that is appropriate for professional development. At $1,500 for six sessions, the cost is much less than a typical coaching engagement. Feel free to contact me directly if you want help discussing the best way to approach your manager about paying for the program.
Who will be participating in these groups?
We are recruiting women who play leadership - or highly relational - roles in their companies. Entrepreneurs are welcome, as well as individuals from academic and nonprofit organization. If you have any question whether the Exchange is appropriate for you, please contact me.
What will I get out of participating in an Exchange Group?
As a participant, you can expect to emerge with a new set of tools—and a network of peers— to feel more competent and confident in your role as leader. Everyone will go through an assessment process, using the Life Styles Inventory to gain a better understanding about their thinking styles and motivations. Together we will work to convert those new insights into real-life action steps. We will read and discuss materials, and have exercises to complete between sessions. I will also be offering 1:1 coaching sessions to participants at a special rate.
