Tami Petersen
Executive Coordinator
Tami Petersen joined The Bailey Group as Executive Coordinator in July 2009. Anyone who comes into contact with The Bailey Group benefits from Tami’s dedication to serve as well as her warmth and sense of humor. Tami handles scheduling for all Bailey Group consultants, manages the day-to-day finances of the firm, and ensures that everything in the organization runs smoothly. She also provides advanced support to consultants on special projects and complex client engagements.
Tami earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree with Honors in Sociology and Criminology from Metropolitan State University and has attended classes at the University of Minnesota.
Prior to joining The Bailey Group, Tami was a director, fundraiser, manager, and special events planner at various organizations in the Twin Cities, including the University of Minnesota and the YMCA. She also has extensive experience supporting high-level executives in multiple industries.
Tami enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, and believes that laughter is the best prevention as well as the best medicine.
