A former executive in the financial services industry, Martha knows the realities of driving large-scale projects and teams of people. Success in that high-pressure environment gives Martha strategic focus and patience to help leaders at all levels drive performance.
Representing The Bailey Group’s services for Results-Based Leadership, Martha is a skilled facilitator, speaker and executive coach. Adept at creating structure, she can support the most time-pressed executive or the most ambitious young leader. Prior to joining The Bailey Group, Martha founded and operated her own coaching and consulting firm for business leaders in a variety of industries.
She is also the Chief Operating Officer for the firm. In addition to working with clients, Martha manages and forecasts firm capacity, leads marketing, develops new products and oversees operational improvements.
Martha holds an MBA from the Carlson School of Management and completed coaching training and certification with The Coaches Training Institute (CTI). As a Consultant with The Bailey Group, Martha adds to the team’s collective wisdom in leadership development and ensures that our client promise is realized through aligned and engaged organizations.
Martha and her husband have three children and enjoy attending many school and athletic activities. She is also a triathlete.
