Leigh, founder and principal of The Bailey Consulting Group, specializes in executive coaching and development, executive team building, and working with the principals of closely held businesses. Since starting the company in 1989, Leigh has worked with thousands of individuals and hundreds of teams throughout the United States and Canada.

Leigh holds a Masters degree in Human Development, and was Adjunct Professor at St. Mary’s University of Minnesota.

As a coach, I partner with my CEO and executive clients to help them clarify and articulate the vision and strategy for their firm and to build effective Senior Leadership Teams committed to executing the shared vision and strategy.

I am particularly focused on supporting my clients in understanding how to lead their followers (both employees and boards of directors) to engage maximum engagement and commitment. This requires that my clients grow in self understanding and in their ability to use both forceful and empowering leadership styles, with intention, to lead their organizations.
