Kris Indahl, MA, CPCC
Kris Indahl comes to coaching with a mix of insight, intuition, experience and humor, which allows her to help her clients get to the heart of the matter. She works with leaders to be more effective and fulfilled in their work by identifying important growth areas, leveraging strengths and aligning their values and vision to create strategic action plans that benefit the entire organization. Her coaching, human resources and organizational development experience ranges from small firms to Fortune 500 firms such as Medtronic and US Bank.
Kris’s recent work includes assisting high potential talent and senior leaders, including C-suite, with meaningful and achievable strategic initiatives. For example, she may coach leaders to communicate effectively with their direct reports or transition technical leaders to successful managerial leadership or help leaders align personal values with their professional results.
Kris has experience in industries that include technology, medical devices, financial services, food and industrial manufacturing, healthcare and professional services. She is a certified professional coach through Coaches Training Institute (CTI), a leading, nationally accredited coaching organization.
In her spare time, Kris enjoys cooking, running and playing family baseball games with her husband and two children.
