Jan Dick brings energy and enthusiasm to leaders committed to organizational and leadership effectiveness. She is big-picture focused, helping clients select a practical solution and set a course for sustainable improvement.
Drawing on a successful career as a human resources executive for medical technology firms, Jan understands how to bring disparate systems and teams into alignment. During her tenure, she was instrumental in guiding the talent and organizational systems integration process of several strategic acquisitions.
As OD Practice Leader, Jan’s work with organizations produces roadmaps, tools and a common vocabulary to improve business and leadership performance. She consults on organizational transformation with methods to align organizational strategy with business strategy, manage and engage talent and actualize succession planning. Jan also coaches leaders who are looking for insight and methods to directly apply on the job.
Jan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Communications from Gustavus Adolphus College. She serves on the board of Project for Pride in Living (PPL) and has been a leader in several HR organizations. She also mentors women leaders through the Menttium 100 program.
Jan and her husband have two young adult children working and studying out of state. Jan enjoys golf, skiing, water sports and tennis.
