Danielle Paulson, MA
Danielle comes to The Bailey Group with a background in marketing and advertising and has a particular strength in the issues and leadership needs that arise from the critical point where business meets behavior. She has the distinct ability to apply creative and strategic solutions that develop resilient teams and effective leaders who deliver sustainable results.
Danielle’s passion lies in executive leadership coaching; particularly how self-awareness impacts an individual’s leadership effectiveness. The old adage, “you don’t know what you don’t know” is at the root of some tough leadership issues and “what you don’t know” about yourself can keep you just within reach of that next stage of success. She also uses her analytical and critical thinking skills to evaluate and summarize key elements of 360 assessments. Once “themes” are identified, she designs specific action steps for client development plans and coaches clients to authentically affect change within themselves and their organization.
Danielle is a former communications director for a local non-profit organization and has also served as a market researcher and account executive for marketing and advertising firms since 1996. She holds a Masters in Human Resource and Change Leadership and a B.A. in Marketing and Advertising; both from the University of St. Thomas.
Danielle and her husband have five children. When all soccer balls, baseballs and various racquets are safely tucked away, she enjoys running, reading, cooking and yoga.
